Trader Joe’s Thai vegetable gyoza is a great vegan product loaded with veggies and can be made in 10 minutes. You can either pan fry them with a teaspoon of oil or just steam cook them. I have tried both and personally I like them steam cooked. I just arrange them on a plate and steam cook them in a pressure cooker without whistle for 10 minutes. You get awesome momos or potstickers or gyozas or whatever else you call them without any effort. It tastes absolutely divine paired with chili garlic sauce.
It is priced at $3.79 for a 1lb bag which contains about 15 pieces. Each gyoza has about 50 calories. It can be found in the store freezer. It has no MSG, GMOs, preservatives or artificial flavors. This would make a great appetizer at your next party or you can even make a meal of it.
